CMX Partnerships is pleased to announce the Canadian Trade Mission to Mexico, organized with the valuable support of private and public sector organizations.

Dates: Monday, April 22nd  to Saturday, April 27th 

Description: Throughout one week, Canadian entrepreneurs and business executives will immerse themselves in gaining a deeper understanding of the Mexican business environment, showcasing their products and/or services, building connections, and exploring potential opportunities with Mexican counterparts.

Sectors: The mission will focus on companies operating in Information Technology and Communication (ITC), Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, Internet of Things, Finance and Fintech, Retail and E-commerce, Creative Technology, Education, Business Consultancy and more.

Visit Vibrant Locations: Mexico City and another dynamic region in Mexico.

Agenda: The itinerary is filled with business meetings involving Mexican entrepreneurs, potential buyers and partners, representatives from business organizations, authorities, and active participation in a prestigious business forum. This mission aims to promote Canadian exports and business in Mexico, foster business collaboration, establish valuable connections, and capitalize on the diverse business landscape that Mexico has to offer Canadians.

Logistics: CMX Partnerships will provide comprehensive logistics for all participants, offering access to a full range of business activities, five nights of accommodation, airport pick-up and drop-off services, several meals, transportation for visits to different states included in the itinerary, and full access to the Mexico Business Forum, among other amenities. Participants will only need to manage and cover their own round-trip flight tickets, along with a few meals and personal expenses not included. Canadian business delegates are expected to arrive at Puerto Vallarta airport on Monday, April 22nd, and plan their return flights from Mexico City airport on Saturday, April 27th.

Schedule:

• Monday, April 22: Arrival at Puerto Vallarta International Airport and evening business reception.
• Tuesday, April 23: Business breakfast with Mexican businesspeople, presentations by Canadian delegates, B2B meetings, and a meeting with local authorities.
• Wednesday, April 24: Participation in the Mexico Business Forum, including presentations, panel discussions, B2B meetings, networking event and, presentations by Canadian delegates.
• Thursday, April 25: Continued participation in the Mexico Business Forum, including presentations, panel discussions, B2B meetings, and networking event with local businesspeople and authorities.
• Friday, April 26: Business breakfast, B2B, Presentations and participation in the Canada-Mexico Dialogue with local companies and authorities. Sightseeing tour and closing event.
• Saturday, April 27: Free time and return to Canada from Mexico City International Airport.

Note: This schedule is a guide for participants, and adjustments can happen depending on final arrangements with organizations, businesses, and governments involved. However, this is a fair guide to what the agenda is aiming to look like. The airports to arrive and depart from are suggestions, it is up to participants to decide their best itinerary.

Investment: CAD $4,450 per person which include a full range of business activities, five nights of accommodation, airport pick-up and drop-off services, several meals, transportation for visits to different states included in the itinerary, and full access to a prestigious Business Forum, among other amenities.
